Flex OS Moto G Lollipop ROM Android 5.1.1_r4 is a custom ROM meant for Moto G 2013 version, device codename: FALCON. Flex OS is built on top of CyanogenMod with some other features ported from other ROMs like Slim ROM and other.
Android Lollipop 5.1.1_r4 is the latest release of Android Lollipop version by Google.

Install Custom recovery on Moto G
If you have not yet installed a custom recovery on Moto G then head on to the next link to get it done.

Installing Flex OS Moto G Lollipop ROM Android 5.1.1_r4:

Files needed for the Flex OS ROM:

Google Apps download link

STEP 1:

Copy the Flex OS ROM zip file to your phone memory (By using a USB cable or via adb push command).

STEP 2:

Enter into recovery mode by pressing the key combination or else do the following:
To go to the recovery type the following command from a PC installed with adb and USB driver:

$ adb reboot recovery

STEP 3:

Wipe Data/Factory Reset

NOTE:
This step will delete all your data.
Consider backup your all data out of your phone.

STEP 4:

Select the Install Zip from SDcard option.
Select the Flex OS MOTO G Lollipop ROM zip file where you have kept in the phone memory.

The flashing may take a while.
When it will be done you can reboot your system and enjoy the Flex OS Moto G Lollipop ROM based on CyanogenMod 12.1 and Android 5.1.1_r4 on your Moto G.
