Mi TV 2S launched in China with 9.9mm thickness

Recently Xiaomi has launched the Mi TV 2S in China, which is slimmer than the Mi 4, with just 9.9mm thin frame. This will be really a new innovation in television industry. We have seen some other innovations in TV industries, which include a transparent and a mirrored display, by Samsung. Looks like, Xiaomi has put its complete effort to make this elegant yet attractive while giving equal importance to every possible minute details, even to design the Power Plug.

Xiaomi Mi TV 2S specifications

Xiaomi Mi TV 2S is built of a super thin Aluminum Alloy frame.

It sports a 48 inch screen with 3840×2160 pixels of resolution.

Under the hood, this is powered by MStar 6A928 quad core processor (cortex A17, 1.4GHz coupled with Mali T760 GPU).

Alongside, this has 2GB DDR3 RAM, 8GB eMMC 5.0 storage, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi ac support.

This device is running on MIUI TV OS based on Android 5.0.

Hardware interfaces include: USB 3.0, HDMI 2.0A

This TV is capable of running 4K resolution data at 60fps, and supports DOLBY Audio

With all of above features, the Mi TV 2s is priced at RMB 2999 (equivalent to ₹30,600) and the Mi TV 2S theater edition will cost RMB 3999 (equivalent to ₹40,800).
