Privacy and Google user data

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how InfySim Media Pvt Ltd handles information in connection with ELCF Keyword Planner, an internal AI-assisted Google Ads keyword planning and owned-project research tool.

Effective date: July 15, 2026 · Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to ELCF Keyword Planner and its internal Google Ads API integration. The tool is not offered to the general public, clients, agencies, or third-party advertisers.

2. Application purpose

ELCF Keyword Planner supports internal keyword planning and manual Google Ads Search campaign research for InfySim Media Pvt Ltd’s owned websites, e-commerce initiatives, and online business projects.

It uses Google Ads API keyword planning functionality to obtain keyword ideas, historical planning metrics, forecast signals, and ad group theme suggestions. Authorized human operators review all results and make advertising decisions manually.

3. Google data accessed

When authorized, the application may access:

  • Google Ads customer and manager account identifiers;
  • keyword ideas generated from operator-provided topics, keywords, or approved URLs;
  • historical keyword-planning metrics;
  • keyword forecast signals;
  • ad group theme suggestions; and
  • API response metadata needed for caching, diagnostics, request auditing, and quota control.

The application does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, contacts, calendars, or unrelated Google services.

4. How the data is used

Google Ads planning data is used only to:

  • support internal Search campaign keyword planning;
  • evaluate keyword relevance and demand before advertising investment;
  • organize related keyword and ad group themes;
  • support manual landing-page and owned-project alignment;
  • reduce irrelevant keyword selection and unnecessary advertising spend; and
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and monitor the integration.

The data is not used to provide a public SEO service, external advertising platform, or third-party keyword research API.

5. OAuth authorization and credentials

The application uses OAuth 2.0 to obtain authorized access to the company’s Google Ads account. It does not request or store a Google account password.

OAuth client credentials, refresh tokens, developer tokens, and account identifiers are stored in protected server-side configuration and are not exposed through the public website or public API responses.

6. Storage and retention

Keyword-planning results may be cached in the company’s private server environment to reduce duplicate API requests and support internal comparison. Cached responses may normally be retained for up to 30 days unless removed earlier.

OAuth credentials may be retained while the integration is active. They are replaced, deleted, or revoked when no longer required, when credentials are rotated, or when authorization is withdrawn.

Limited operational logs may be retained for security, troubleshooting, auditing, and quota monitoring. Secrets and temporary authorization links are not intentionally written to public logs.

7. Sharing and disclosure

InfySim Media Pvt Ltd does not sell Google user data or Google Ads planning data. It is not made available to third-party advertisers, clients, agencies, data brokers, or public users.

Infrastructure providers may process limited information only as necessary to operate the private server and website. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

InfySim Media Pvt Ltd’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Security

Reasonable safeguards include HTTPS, authenticated private REST endpoints, server-side credential storage, restricted internal access, credential rotation, caching to reduce unnecessary requests, and exclusion of secrets from public repositories and responses.

No system can guarantee absolute security, so safeguards may be reviewed and updated as the integration evolves.

10. AI-assisted processing

ELCF may use AI-assisted analysis to summarize or organize keyword-planning results. The tool does not independently create or manage campaigns and does not make final advertising decisions. An authorized human operator reviews the output.

11. Access, deletion, and revocation

Authorized operators may request review or deletion of locally stored planning data by contacting [email protected].

Google account authorization can be reviewed or revoked through Google Account third-party access settings. Revocation prevents future access through the revoked authorization.

12. Children’s privacy

ELCF Keyword Planner is an internal business tool and is not intended for children or for personal consumer use.

13. Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the application, API use, security controls, or legal requirements change. Updated effective and revision dates will be shown on this page.
